Bug Description
Under the installation, when asked to create a user:
If you choose a real name with foreign characters (Ö in my case) you will end up
in an "endless" loop between the real name and username dialogs. The installer
doesn't inform that something went wrong. Choosing another real name creates the
user and continues.
