[ui] Wizard step navigation UX issue

Steps to reproduce (please also consider an attached screenshot):

1. go to Compute wizard pane;
2. get vCenter validation error (don't fill credentials form);
3. try to return to green (available for navigation) Name and Release pane.

Expected result: Name and Release pane is opened.

Actual result: the last action is blocked.

Seems like UX issue for me.
