Orchestration stack-list API documentation incomplete

The current API documentation for stack_list is incomplete. The following parameters (filters) are missing:

- action
- tenant
- username
- ower_id

The following parameters (general) are missing:

- show_nested
- global_tenant
- with_count

The comment #4 above is inaccurate, those tags are actually query params, not filters.

NOTE:

The patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/160492/ has added a new query param 'show_hidden'. It allows user to specify whether hidden stacks should appear in the resulted list.
