Clarify description in instance "Create Snapshot" dialog

The "Create Snapshot" button under the Actions column in Instances actually creates in image, which is somewhat confusing. The description that appears in the dialog should clarify that it is actually creating an image. The wording from the operator manual [1] is a good starting point.

I think the reason is because the create snapshot shows in the Snapshot dropdown on the Launch Instance page?

i don't think so there is a need to change the name. Because create snapshot does what it means and it doesn't matter where does it stores the image. In nova CLI also the command is volume-snapshot-create and here also snapshot word is used instead od image.

I agree that the name is somewhat counterintuitive, especially compared with the snapshotting that hypervisors typically support that let you take snapshots, revert to them, etc. The operations guide [1] clearly states that "an instance snapshot is an image", so the documentation is accuate. A good compromise may be to keep the button name (which keeps it consistent with nova and previous releases), but to improve the description in the dialog box to clarify exactly what an image snapshot is.
