METRIC_QUERY_TABLE : EXEC_END_UTC_TS is null for 'alter table' stmt and some 'drop table/create index' .

I can't reproduce this case by 'alter table' or 'drop table/create index' ,neither by other statement . I have ever met such issues as EXEC_END_UTC_TS is NULL. It looks like it will occur when we kill or exit mxosrvr improperly.
Currently I can't reproduce this bug.
