Bug Description

The previous version already worked, but it seems the tests now reliably fail on armhf with the newest release:

It's actually a qtbase bug that doesn't add fPIE to the flags when they are needed https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/104841/

The patched qtbase makes the tests in qtmir pass.
