Set the final redirect URL for Box

After Box authenticates, it tells the browser where to go based on the redirect_url registered with Box. That URL in KARL takes the issued token, stores it, then redirects back to the Admin UI.

For the latter, put in apiviews.py at the top a variable for this and set it to:

/admin5/#/admin/archive_box

I'd prefer to generate this using resource_url or route_url, the standard programmatic way.
