Bug Description
GET /arc2box/token
If token is valid (exists, not expired) return 200 with insignificant response body.
If token is invalid, return 302 Found with the Location: url that encodes the information needed for the Box API URL and our parameters.
We'll then show a button to login, and make that button a link to that URL.
