User registration

I've created a boinc project using the boinc-server-maker.

On another machine when trying to create a user I obtain Error -188

The problem is the file create_account.php inside the html/user folder.

at line 48 is declared the $user_name variable but at line 51 the function is_valid_user_name is called passing $name variable.

Correct $name with $user_name and I can create a user on the server.

where did you take the server-maker?

I've installed from ubuntu 12.04 packages
# sudo apt-get install ubuntu-server-maker

oh... 12.04 is quite old.

We don't ship server packages anymore because of similar reasons.

Can you please upgrade at least to trusty and try my ppa?
