Screen freezing when using custom Nvidia driver (but remembers state)

Bug Description

- Screen freezing when using custom Nvidia driver, so i need to change tty (ctlr+alt F5 then F7) to restore functional screen
- However, it remembers multiple monitor setup
- When using XORG screen does not freeze, but it forgets multiple monitor setup every time.

Laptop is Asus NV550JV (Optimus)

Does anyone know why this is happening? This is really annoying. Theres a ton of people on reddit commenting about it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/elementaryos/comments/2r4cr6/freya_randomly_freezes/

Hope this gets fixed. Looks like no one is working on it. Its a big pain when it happens.
