Bug Description
This is similar to bug#1307041, but the re-sizing is on both height and width. I.e., I like running the browser in a non-maximized window, where the height is not maximized, and nor is the width. However, whenever I close the browser and re-open it, 99% of time it will open maximized. Same with when I open another window with Ctrl-N.

What the reply is, the problem is fixed in version 39.0.2171.95+.
So please provide upgraded chromium-browser.
Thanks

The only change in Google Chrome from our version to 39.0.2171.95 is they updated the bundled Flash plugin. We're not updating versions for no reason.
We also are not uploading Beta code. When v40 is stable, it will be released.
