Can't connect a network to existing instance

Bug Description

Tried to connect a new network to a working instance (hotplug vif) - cannot be done.

cmd: nova interface-attach provides a way to attach a new network interface to a server.
Horizon currently doesn't support that.

Can you provide more information about your setup and what you expect Horizon to be able to do? Most people are not nova/neutron experts.

nova interface-attach work well via CLI and horizon

horizon steps -
1. Boot a VM
2. Go to instance--> press the arrow next to "create snapshot" ---> select "Attach interface.
