Remove xconsole from rsyslog

Bug Description

Please remove

daemon.*;mail.*;\
 news.err;\
 *.=debug;*.=info;\
 *.=notice;*.=warn |/dev/xconsole

from the 50-default.conf rsyslog config within the container due to the missing xconsole device. It creates an error message once you restart rsyslog

Sorry for the delay here, I'm looking at fixing this now - the problem is essentially that for all containers when rsyslog is running we don't manage the conf files (unlike on rsyslog specific containers).

Should be reasonably easy to fix.

Actually we can remove it from any rsyslog template, since no server would even have the xconsole (X11 app) running
