The charm could feature SSLCertificateChainFile configuration option to better work with owncloud-client

Bug Description

Some owncloud clients (at least 1.7.1 on 14.04 from opensuse build) do not work their way up the cert by themselves chain like browsers do. Instead, this has to be explicitly provided by the server through the SSLCertificateChainFile option. This could be added alongside the other custom SSL configuration options available now.

To test the chain, the issue on clients arise when https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest shows "Extra download" for the site's trust chain.

Add to this the fact that the apache config file containing the CertificateKey and Certificate SSL statements is overwritten automatically, which makes adding the Chain statement trickier as it can't be in the same place.
