G+ webapp does not remember credentials

Steps to reproduce:
- Launch G+ webapp
- login
- use the app
- close the app
- relaunch the app

Expected results:
- should not be prompted to login again

Actual results:
- are prompted to login again

Just re-tested this, the credentials are only not remembered if you login with your canonical account. They seem to be cached if you use a regular gmail account

The problem is more severe with entreprise accounts indeed, as they rely on a wider set of cookies which we have a hard time syncing. Internally, the heuristic used to know whether to override the webapp cookies with a fresher set from the central OA system is what breaks. It needs to be refined.
