Bug Description
Creating new drawers seams to work, i.e. the creating application does not complain of anything and reports that the new drawer has been added to the Unity Launcher, but the newly drawer does not show up.
I have only one drawer that shows up and it is that of the Applications.
If I attempt to create a new drawer with the same name as the previous one, Drawers inform me that it already exists.
Using 14.05-0~

I have seen this happen sometimes, but I suspect this has something to do with non-ASCII characters in a folder or file name. Is your language set to French? What kind of drawer are you creating? (plain, AppMenu or folder?)
