Bug Description
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Upload image 'test' into glance
2. Create volume from the image
3. Delete image 'test'
4. Try to delete volume
Observed Result:
Volume in 'error_deleting' state.

@Timur, dependencies with images, but IIRC some backends like Ceph where you use them as the image store and the block service have linked dependencies.
Are you by chance using Ceph as your backend here? Perhaps some more detail would be useful as well as excerpts of any relevant log messages. LVM driver doesn't have any interaction/
