Bug Description

While deleting a service, d.get('domain') on json string '{"domain": "test.mocksite9.com", "protocol": "http"}', '{"domain": "blog.mocksite9.com", "protocol": "http"}', with out json deserializing it causes poppy to error out and the service gets stuck in delete_in_progress state
