Bug Description
The attached network stream is HTTP traffic with a duplicate SYN/ACK. The decompression with the ROHC library doesn't correctly handle the second SYN/ACK.
The HTTP stream was captured with the ROHC sniffer on my home LAN. It was then anonymized.

Bugs related to the TCP profiles won't get fixed in the 1.7.x branch.
