Missing "dbab" subdir part in /etc/dbab/dbab* paths in scripts

Bug Description

Just installed dbab version 1.1.2-1 on Ubuntu Vivid.
All scripts fail with
"cat: /etc/dbab.addr: No such file or directory"
or similar error (different command and/or file).
All those files are actually installed in the "dbab" subdir within the /etc directory.

So, to fix this, either update all the scripts to include this extra subdir when referring to /etc files, or remove the "/dbab" from the Makefile, line 11:
astdir = ${etcdir}/dbab

Cheers,
Marko
