dirdiff should depend on tk

Bug Description

'dirdiff' needs 'wish' installed for it to run, without it you get the following error:

/usr/bin/dirdiff: 3: exec: wish: not found

'wish' is in the 'tk' package and installing it fixes the error, 'dirdiff' should depend on this.

Thanks for the report, this was fixed in Utopic. If you need a fix for
the bug in previous versions of Ubuntu, please perform as much as
possible of the SRU Procedure [1] to bring the need to a developer's
attention.
