Bug Description

I created the SVG with with MagicDraw modeling tool. When creating the SVG with text tags, some blocks in the diagram are filled with black color when exporting to EPS or PDF. One or two blocks in each diagram are affected. This fill can be manually removed.
The issue does not occur, if the SVG is created with no text tags. (see attached examples).

I'm using Inkscape 0.48.5 r10040, on Win 7.

Underlying issue is likely the same as
- Bug #514696 “group fill color is unset in PDF export in 0.47”
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/514696

The parent group of the rectangle wrongly exported to PDF defines a fill style, which is inherited by the <rect> inside the group (it's fill style is unset aka not defined in the style attribute). PDF export with 0.47 and 0.48 drops the style inherited from the parent group and renders the rectangle with a 'unset' (i.e. black) fill.
