image based provisioning fails due to attempt to remove a mounted LV

For some reason fuel-agent tries to remove image-glance volume which is still mounted.
The log of fuel-agent is attached.

Most likely the erratic behavior is caused by bug #1407221 (which has been fixed by https://review.openstack.org/#/c/144862). After fixing that bug the error haven't happen any more.
