gnome-terminal does not show any characters

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

After the latest update gnome-terminal does not show any characters,just a blinking cursor.Also it starts up with very small dimensions.

Screenshot of gnome-terminal,below that is xterm which works perfectly fine.The terminal just shows a small green blinking cursor.
