weston package lacks RPi backend

As of 2014-12-29, pre-built binary available of Weston 1.6.0 at official Raspbian jessie repository lacks the RPi backend, which severely hinders performance since the only other useable alternative is fbdev.

Assuming this package relies on raspberry pi foundation libraries it needs to be built from a seperate source package and packaged in a seperate binary package if it is to be included in raspbian proper.

Patches to do that welcome.
