Bug Description

After opening the image in Image Viewer, if I try to drag the image using the left click on the image, image does not move.
Instead of moving the image, thumbnail of image gets stick to mouse pointer with two pointer above the thumbnail, side by side.

Even after closing the image viewer, pointer does not change. In this situation I have to press CTRL+ALT+F1 and again CTRL+ALT+F7 to get my normal pointer back.

Visual example of glitch is attached to my post. It happens every time when I open Image Viewer for the fist time in each working session, e.g. I need just to log out/in to reproduce this bug.
