installing low latency kernel causes nvidia-331-uvm build error

Trying to install llow latency kernel with the following command:
/var/lib/dkms/nvidia-331-uvm/331.113/build/make.log

causes nvidia-331-uvm build error
Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 3.13.0-43-lowlatency (x86_64)
Consult /var/lib/dkms/nvidia-331-uvm/331.113/build/make.log for more information.

I can't check what is inside this make.log because there is no such a log file exists in the folder specified.
