sahara ci test has too small ram size

Bug Description

Now the default RAM size to run ci test is 2GB, which is too small for adding services or packages requiring higher memory size. 4GB will be suggested at this stage.

I don't think that we'd like to test additional services in sahara-ci if it's not possible to do with current flavor

Sergey, it seems as long as we want to add the packages supporting other services, the flavor will be too small. I am not sure whether we need to modify the ci test process to let each test has its own defined flavor.
