Dropbox plugin is not loaded

Bug Description

Since dropbox plugin is still named `libmarlin-dropbox.so`. It doesnot load as it looks for `libmarlincore.so.0`.

The temporary solution would be symlinking `libpantheon-files-core.so.0` which I am currently doing .

I think bug #1134502 is also due to this problem.
