Bug Description

Vertical scrolling stopped work for me after I upgraded to xserver-xorg-input-synaptics_0.14.6-0ubuntu9.

Must be re-enabled in System --> Preferences --> Mouse --> Touchpad

Why did this setting change?

Why does gsynaptics not work to fix it?

I think this is still a valid bug.
