Network-Manager breaks after sleep/wake on Freya

Bug Description
I'm not sure if it's sleep or hibernate (whatever the default is on Freya when you close the lid of a laptop or when you press the power button for a moment) but upon wake, Network manager reports it is disabled. Pressing the enable network button does not do anything.
The only way to get back on the network is to either reboot or "sudo services network-manager restart"
