folders disappeared and can't be added again

Bug Description
Since the newest update my plank folders disapperead and I can't add them again. If I drag a folder on certain areas of the plank bar, nothing happens. In other cases, an empty folder icon with wrong name is created (see screenshot) and on click - again - nothing happens.
