[Dashboard] There are too many applications in latest apps section

Bug Description

Application tiles became bigger and now 6 apps in lates apps section is too much. Rest of applications are not visiable and the whole page looks wirded. Need to restrick application tile count to 3

Restrict application count in "Recent Activity"

    In Juno release app tile design been changed.
    And now 6 applications in latest apps sections look bulky.
    This patch sets app count to 3, so one just one line of
    apps will be used by "recent activity" section
