Create stackforge repository for external_nfs plugin

For code of the Fuel plugin we should use stackforge repository.
For external_nfs plugin should be created external_nfs repository.

Igor, the name of the plugin is clear from the link Alexander posted above. It is "external_nfs".

Please, clarify, should we create separate repository for this particular plugin, or should we use common repo for all plugins.
