Need to update Murano image for MOS 6.x releases

Bug Description

We use the incorrect image (fedora-based) for Murano deployments now and this is the reason of fails. We need to upload new Ubuntu-based image with Murano agent: http://murano-files.mirantis.com/ubuntu_14_04-murano-agent_stable_juno.qcow2

Murano in MOS 6.x will not support fedora and will support only Ubuntu-based applications, this is the reason why we need to update image which we should upload before Murano system tests

it will be available as
$SERVTEST_LOCAL_PATH/ubuntu_14_04-murano-agent_stable_juno.qcow2
