Cannot display video

My ubuntu client plays mp4 video well from my local CMS (installed in my PC).

The same video is not playing in my android device. But this device is playing image without error.

Showing following error in Log if video is added in layout.

Cannot display video. Uri=file:///data/data/uk.org.xibo.client/files/1.mp4. What=1. Extra=1.

Please help me to get out of this.

Xibo for Android is a commercial product from Spring Signage Ltd. Support
for it is available directly from Spring Signage. It is not appropriate to

But I have no issue in other hardware with android.

well.. I have 1 question.

Does ubuntu client works in arm boards?

Please be in contact with Spring Signage. Your issue is likely a very simple settings change, but as the Android client doesn't form part of the Open Source solution it can't be discussed here.

The Ubuntu client doesn't run on ARM CPUs. Please see the installation guide which is very clear about that.
