Breaks policykit

After the installation of ulatencyd I started seeing all the symptoms of broken policykit described in this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/policykit-desktop-privileges/+bug/1240336

Most obvious example: rebooting via unity button doesn't work anymore.

After I have removed ulatencyd everything started working again.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

I can confirm the problem, ulatencyd seems to break policykit in 14.10. Removing ulatencyd helped to fix linked issue 1240336.

I have reproduced this also on a Xubuntu freshly installed VM.

This where the steps:

1 Installed a xubuntu VM
2 apt upgrade, dist-upgrade & reboot
3 installed ulatencyd & reboot
4 /usr/lib/policykit-1-gnome/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1 does not start anymore and perm. problems start.
5 apt remove ulatencyd , autoremove & reboot
6 everything goes back to normal
