No way to change default setting to mass-invite instead of mass-subscribe in admin interface

In the administration page, I would like the option for mass-subscription to be 'Invite' by default instead of 'Subscribe'; however, I could not find any option to set the default, neither on per-list level nor in the mm_cfg.py. However, this is an important issue, since our policy is never to subscribe users without their confirmation, but admins sometimes forget to change the option to 'invite' when adding new addresses.

I've been patching admin.py on my site for years to change this default. Now (thanks for the push :) there will be a DEFAULT_SUBSCRIBE_OR_INVITE setting to control this.
