Environment:
Ubuntu + HA
3 controllers, 2 Cinder nodes
vCenter as a hypervisor, Cinder and Glance backend
Problem:
An instance snapshot creation failed.
Reason:
vCenter reset connection from Glance due to uploading a snapshot.
There is explication of /var/log/
Corresponded bug in Glance https:/
Workaround:
Restart all glance services on all the controllers.
For Fuel 6.0 it's better to document it as a known issue.
I've reproduced it again on 6.1 (№92 iso)
