New messages shown in notifications but not in app

I configured a new number today. Later I configured webogram for the same number.
I received the message in the phone, saw the notification and the message appeared in the app.
I started using webogram, and new messages did appear in the notifications but do not show in app (which I wanted to add the contacts in the phone).
Using ww50-2014 spanish version

Seen today in a group chat. Received a notification of new messages and when clicked on it, app opened but the new message wasn't shown. After checking database, seems that the message has not been even inserted (there is a jump in message ids so that there would exists a new message with certain id that isn't)

Possibly related (though this is in a secret chat, which was not implemented at the time the bug was filed).

It seems we fixed the bug some time earlier, when we get differences from the server before showing the dialog.

I have this bug everyday since a while: the last version I tried is v0.9.71 (230).

It happens only if the app is in background (never seen when the app is closed). I receive a notification, I open the app and message there isn't.

Seems it happens more often after the phone is on since a while
