Intermittent failure of core/TEST019 with 11 line difference

Since Dec 16 (or earlier), we are seeing intermittent failures of this test with the following error:

*** ERROR[8448] Unable to access Hbase interface. Call to ExpHbaseInterface::deleteRow returned error HBASE_ACCESS_ERROR(-705). Cause:
java.io.IOException: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.hadoop.hbase.regionserver.Leases$LeaseStillHeldException
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.client.transactional.TransactionalTable.delete(TransactionalTable.java:219)
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.client.transactional.RMInterface.delete(RMInterface.java:143)
org.TRAFODION.sql.HBaseAccess.HTableClient.deleteRow(HTableClient.java:540)

It might have to do with a check-in by Shang-Sheng "Fix read conf from hbase-site", https://review.trafodion.org/#/c/840/ but that is not proven yet.

I've seen it twice today, once in Jenkins and once in EC testing a release-build.

The fix has been merged into mainline.
