Web browser - music stops when screen locks or browser backgrounded

Open Grooveshark scope, choose something to play and wait until the webapp starts to play the song chosen, then lock the screen and the music will stop. In lock screen music stops, but every time you touch the screen it starts again for 3 or 4 seconds.
If you open Telegram while playing grooveshark scope ( webapp ), music stops too.o.
