Bug Description
When I invite new users using default template for Russian, it comes with
%(listaddr)s
%(listadmin)s
variables not properly substituted.
If I use %(listname)
Mailman 2.1.12.

Note that I just ran transcheck on the Russian templates and I find the following issues:
