T2 Phoenix - when run thru maven, atleast one test fails with error 201

Bug Description

When T2 phoenix tests are run thru Maven on multinode cluster, atleast one test fails with this error:

java.sql.SQLException: *** ERROR[2034] $Z0001GM: Operating system error 201 while communicating with server process $Z0003XA.

This error was also seen on workstation and Alice can recreate it if needed.

The non-Maven version runs fine. And maven version runs ok on one node cluster that Jenkins uses.
