Bug Description
Software Manager takes at least 10 seconds to open, and when you open Software Sources and close Software Manager while leaving Software Sources open it crashes. And after closing the Software Sources box Software Manger opens back up 10-20 seconds later. I explained it in detail in my latest Linux Mint review. Software Manager has had this bug for years.
