Example designate.conf file is incorrect

The example designate.conf file has incorrect information:

backend-driver is no longer an option for [service:central]
pool_name is no longer an option for [service:pool_manager]
poll_delay is missing for [service:pool_manager]
other options in [service:pool_manager] should use '_' and not '-'
