Bug Description

installing pylockfile from pypi tries to download http://smontanaro.dyndns.org/python which does not exist
It takes a long time before a timeout occurs.
Could that package be updated to have that download source removed please?

@Jelle, what tool are you using to install pylockfile? Can you give us the command so we can try to reproduce this? I wonder if now that we've made another release the problem is gone.
