[System Tests] Need to remove inharitance of rollback class from upgrade class in tests

Bug Description

We have next line in upgrade/rollback tests - class RollbackFuelMaster(UpgradeFuelMaster)
It causes double-run of upgrade tests - because now both upgrade and rollback tests have upgrade group
