Trying to suspend results in the the screen going blank, the fans speeding up, and the computer hanging.

Turns out it's my monitor's (Dell U2415) built-in USB hub. If it's not plugged in, suspend works.
I've tried disabling wakeup for everything that was enabled in /proc/acpi/wakeup, but that didn't help.
