[ui] Inobvious errors after Networks verifications

STR:

1. Create a cluster
2. Add 2 nodes
3. Verify a networks, so that error comes from server (providing wrong url for example)

Expected result:

Meaningful error after closing error dialog

Actual result:

I think we should fix inputs disabled state and unlock controls.

At the same time I don't think some error message needed after closing error pop-up or this behaviour should be expanded on all the app. Verify button should be enabled after closing pop-up and user should be able to retry verification.

Seems this issue is not actual now. The dialog appears on UI with meaningfull message. After it is closed, controls are enabled.
